Pam Brown, Chief Executive Officer and President of Prairie Bunkers, was formerly a Consultant for Strategic Marketing, Public & Governmental Relations, including experience with IT-internet research issues.
Formerly, she was elected by an Omaha-area district as a Nebraska State Senator for three terms, during which she was active in economic development and information technology, including the creation and funding of the public-private Peter Kiewit Institute for Information Science, Technology, and Engineering with the University of Nebraska. She also led the state government role in the recruitment and location of manufacturing facilities in the state and has extensive relationships and contacts among business, professional and political leaders in the state and nationally.
Gary Hultquist, Chairman of the Board of Prairie Bunkers, is a principal in NewCap Partners (www.newcap.com), a private investment bank with offices in San Francisco, Silicon Valley, Los Angeles, Orange County and Bejing. He is also a principal in Hultquist Capital, a strategic, IP and financial consulting firm located in San Francisco. Mr. Hultquist has over 20 years’ experience arranging strategic alliances, mergers, acquisitions, licensing and financings for technology companies, including internet and IT clients. His clients have included large global corporations in the U.S., Europe and Asia such as Saint-Gobain, Rohm & Haas, Sumitomo, Furukawa and Varian as well as smaller public and private companies in the U.S. and Europe. He is currently Lead Director, Chair of the Governance Committee and member of the Audit Committee of the Board of Directors of NYSE-listed Kinder-Morgan Energy Partners, a mid-stream energy company with a market capitalization of over $16 Billion. He has previously served on the Board of Directors of other public and private companies and currently serves on the Board of an early-stage company in the Cleantech industry.
Keith Wilkins – Keith has thirty years experience in emergency crisis and high-value asset protective operations with a deep background in Information Technology and advanced communications systems design, engineering, systems-integration, implementation and management. He has implemented many communications data centers. Professional experience includes data and physical security; system threat assessment and counter measures; risk management and mitigation; business recovery and continuity planning and program management. Keith has worked with IBM Global Services and Motorola in executive management positions and provided consulting services for numerous private and publicly traded corporations.
Dave Pettengill –Dave has over thirty-four years experience in IT, specializing in data center operations, database management, data modeling, consulting, project management, capacity planning, and application architecture. Dave’s background includes international experience with IBM and Amdahl, IT outsourcing, large telecommunications providers, financial institutions, insurance and health care.
Nathan Doorenbos –Nate is a member of the R&D team and facilitates coordination of all field activities, including management of materials, vendors, sub-contractors, employees and deadlines.
